Hello everyone!
Welcome in New 2012 Year! I hope the new year began for all wonderfully! Our TSC Design Team begins the year with the creation of small things, we try to kick-start, get some wind in the wings and boost our creative receptors in the brain of small projects like cards and tags.
For today I created 3 cards, each in different shape – a circle, flower and “bracket” shape. I combined here two The ScrapCake collections – Spring Awakening, The Bright Side Of Life and Cozy Xmas - This last great matches on all other occasions as well as for Christmas.
First card in a flower shape – I used soft and delicate 7 x 12 Cozy Xmas – Frosty Morning paper. I cut out a few The Bright Side Of Life roses and stick whole composition on 3d foam tape to add a lots of dimension.
The second card is in my favorite “bracket” shape. I decided to create a pretty monochromatic look and palette of mint, brown and cream colors. As you can see – I cut out a few cirlces with decorative edges using my Cuttlebug – this way you don’t precisely fussy cutting each “doily” motif from Cozy Xmas line – just use your dies or circle punches!
Last card in a circle shape – love making these kind of cards, just use your CD to draw circle and cut out using decorative edges scizzors! I used here Spring Awakening papers and tags.
