Fantastic 2012 calendar from Renia!

Hello TSC fans! Renia here today with another inspiration for you! I am so happy for being a part of this amazing team and for opportunity to share my ideas how to use TSC papers.

This year will be so special for me and to creatively express yourself I prepared unique calendar for 2012. I hope that will help me organize various creative actions which I take in the coming months. I used in my today’s project two newest TSC collections: One Moment In Time and My Private Happiness.

Size of the calendars covers is 6 x 6, so I choose ideally suited 6 x 6 Paper Pad to decorate it. Because I wanted to have all-year look on the covers I used One Moment In Time collection – this line help me to create a delicate elegance look.

To decorate covers I cut -out some “doilies” from Cozy Xmas line. The small scalloped circle with “be happy” saying and “2012″ numbers I cut out from My Private Happiness collection. Both collections match very well.

Each month consists of a decorative card with a name of the month (size 8 x 13,5 cm), and a page with a calendar form (size 13,5 x 13,5 cm).

On the back of a decorative card we have extra space for notes. If it will needed, the back of the each calendar page is an additional place for something, because the base of each calendar page is  square envelope. On the envelope’s front I adhere a printed, clean calendar form, to prepare each month.

Having prepared the calendar base I could begin to decorate the individual monthly cards. I have three months decorated so far. I will progressively decorating the next cards, because I want to have to the pleasure of decorate my calendar over the year. I used mostly My Private Happiness line to decorate my cards – it’s remind me of Spring, it’s so cheerful and light and I hope my upcoming months will be the same! You can see here some fussy cutting elements stuck with 3d foam tape and I can’t resist to use hand stitching as well.

On the “March” card my small composition is based on a tag from 13 Tags & Journaling cards.

“April” card arrangement is based on “The Sweetness Of Life” paper’s motif – great for creating Spring atmosphere.

“May” card is a composition of motifs cut-out from “Happiness Is In The Air”. I hope that May will be same as the name of the paper. :D

I added also 2 tags with sticky note strips, it will help me to mark an important days on my calendar pages.

Finished touch in my calendar are the details highlited by using mediums like a Glossy and Crackle Accents. You can see the “crackle” effect here and there as well as a lots of “raindrops”. I will continue this type of decorating on the next pages in the future.
